Refunds
Keywordee has no free trial. Instead, you can buy it and get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first purchase and within 14 days of each renewal. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
- Open the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, or sign in to My Orders with the email you bought with.
- Select your Keywordee order and use the refund option there. If you don't see one, email [email protected] from the address you bought with and we will start the refund.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and sells Keywordee to you, so refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. How long your bank takes to show it is up to your bank. Tax charged on the purchase is refunded with it.
What happens to your license
When a purchase is refunded, its license key is disabled. Keywordee on your Mac becomes read-only: everything you tracked stays visible on that Mac and you can still export it, but nothing new is fetched. You can delete the app at any time.
Cancelling without a refund
You can stop a subscription from renewing at any time from the Customer Portal link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. The license then works until the end of the period you paid for. After that Keywordee is read-only, as above. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period unless it is inside the 14 days of that charge.
