Rank for what people actually search.
Popularity, difficulty and rank for every keyword on the App Store and Google Play, in every country. Or just ask your AI agent to find the best keywords for your apps.
macOS 14 or later · 14-day refundExample data: a search for “habit tracker” on the US App Store shows popularity 62, difficulty 48 and rank 14. The card cycles through other keywords, storefronts and platforms.
Both stores. One app.
The same keyword can be easy on Google Play and fierce on the App Store. Keywordee shows you both, side by side, for every country you sell in.

Let your AI agent do the keyword research.
Keywordee runs an MCP server on your Mac. Connect Claude, Cursor or any MCP client, and ask in plain words: find gems, compare stores, track what’s worth it.
- Find gems for any app, on both stores, in any country
- Get popularity, difficulty and rank history for any keyword
- Track, tag and annotate keywords without leaving the chat
- Runs on localhost, so your lists never leave your Mac

Find the gems before anyone else.
Most keywords are either popular or easy to rank for. Keywordee keeps scanning for the ones that are both, using rules you set, and tells you when it finds one.

- 01
Popularity and difficulty
Know how often a term is searched and how hard it is to rank for, each scored from 5 to 100.
- 02
Rank tracking with history
See where your app ranks for each keyword today, and how that has moved over 30 days, 90 days or all time.
- 03
Every storefront
Each country is its own list, so you can research the US, the UK and Germany side by side.
- 04
Suggestions
Start from a seed term or from your app, and add the keywords worth tracking in one go.
- 05
Tags and notes
Group keywords your way, filter by tag, and keep notes on each keyword and app.
- 06
Bring your lists
Import a CSV or the export from the keyword tool you use today, and export everything whenever you like.
Your lists stay on your Mac.
The apps and keywords you track live on your Mac, not on our servers. Keywordee fetches keyword data once for everyone and sends your Mac only the numbers it asks for.
No account
Buy, paste your license key, done. There’s no password to keep.
Tied to your Mac
Each activation is bound to the Mac’s Secure Enclave, so a copied license doesn’t work anywhere else.
Move whenever you like
Deactivate a Mac in Settings to free its seat, then activate the new one.
Ready for agents
A local MCP server and scheduled JSON or CSV exports, so your scripts and AI agents can use your keywords.

Questions
Do I need an account?
No. You buy a license, get a key by email, and paste it into the app. Your Lemon Squeezy receipt lets you manage it later.
What does a seat mean?
One seat is one activated Mac. At launch every license has one seat. A Team license with three seats, and extra Macs for $49 a year each, is coming later.
I got a new Mac. What now?
Deactivate the old Mac in Settings, then activate the new one. If the old Mac is gone, free its seat from My Orders on your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
What happens if I don’t renew?
Keywordee becomes read-only. Everything you tracked stays visible on your Mac and you can export it, but nothing new is fetched.
Where do the numbers come from?
On the App Store, popularity is Apple’s own search popularity score. Difficulty is worked out from the apps that rank for each term. On Google Play both are estimates.
Which AI agents does it work with?
Any app that speaks MCP, such as Claude or Cursor. Turn on the MCP server in Settings and point your agent at it. It runs on your Mac only.
Is Google Play included?
Yes, in every plan. Android keywords have popularity and difficulty on the same scale as the App Store, so you can compare them directly.
What is a gem?
A keyword that is much more popular than it is hard to rank for. By default, popularity of at least 20 and at least 10 points above difficulty. You can change the rules in Settings.
